This item came the next day excellence delivery service. The heater works perfectly gots very hot on high but it has a thermostat which means the room never gets too cold. Can be turned up and down. Brilliant product

We've had several of different sizes and they've all suffered from the same fault. After about a year the solder/weld along the bottom fails and the oil inside leaks out damaging the carpet underneath. They have all been set to the highest position and before they failed had given good heat in the lounge, bathroom and kitchen. Had all been fixed to the walls with the kit supplied. If manufacturer can solve the faulty welds I'll definitely buy again.

I bought this for my dad who is delighted with the heat it provides, he uses it on the timer. only problem is the controls are a bit awkward for him to get to. Also quite expensive .

We brought this heater for our kitchen which does not have a radiator. The kitchen is approximately 8 metres long and 2.5 metres wide and has no problem heating it at all. Very pleased with this purchase!

I purchased 7 of these radiators but after 1 year 3 of them started leaking oil from the center so I think they were faulty , unfortunately this supplier only gives a 1 year guarentee , the radiators cannot be repaired so I purchased from a different supplier who gave a 3 year warranty as they are great when working.D Renney

Excellent quality and produce a good amount of heat.

I year on still running perfectly. Used to heat front porch ... though to mount it on the wall I had to buy brackets direct from dimplex would have been nice if they included them for the price
