These Foilman foils are wonderful. I've purchased the dark blue and the copper. I use the foils for wrapping my homemade chocolate bars. Just make sure your bar size is appropriate for the foil size. If it helps I measure the foil thickness as 3 mils. The same company sells plastic sleeves that fit the wrapped bars.
