Arrived moldy
Item arrived and it was absolutely terrible. Moldy and wet, not able to use it at all. It could be a one off but it was disgusting. For this reason I cannot give any stars at all but was made to give 1 to move on.Pictures included. Outer envelope was perfectly dry as was the plastic wrapper the canvas was inside.

Brushes and hanging bits not included
Just arrived, really excited to get started... oh but wait, No brushes included as advertised, also no hooks to hang either. Both mentioned on the instruction sheet included in the parcel.I checked that brushes were included and so didn’t order any, now I have to order them anyway and I have to wait for delivery too.Quite disappointed.

Too longer that usual...but love it
This was really detailed and took longer but was worth it.

Lovely once painted
Loved painting this picture. Was my first paint by numbers, not really for children as quite small parts to paint.

You get the simple / cartoon version of the picture you ordered
The colours you receive are not like the picture in the thumbnail, not as vibrant or diverse

Good value for money
British sceneI’m very happy with this painting.Paint: The paints were thick and had good coverage. There is also lots of paint left over- about half a jar of each colour. The best part is there is no mixing- you get all the colours you need.Brushes: it comes with 3 brushes, 2 small and 1 medium. I used 1 small brush for most of the painting. I used a drop of hand soap in the water and it helped keep the brush clean and the tip pointy.Canvas: it does arrive folded. I ironed mine on the back and then used mod podge to attach it to a blank canvas I bought from the shop. Then when I was sure it was straight I used a staple gun to attach it at the back. I left it to dry for 24 hours before starting to paint.Numbers: I found this to be my most challenging painting so far, with lots of tiny areas. I had to use my glasses but all the numbers were a good uniform size with only a few blocks with no numbers at all.Packaging: this arrived as a folded canvas in a clear plastic bag with paints, 3 brushes, some hooks and a little sample of what your picture will look like.Overall this is good value for money and I have already bought more!Wave sceneI’m very happy with this painting. It took around 30 hours to completeBrushes: I did not use these ones.Paints: the numbers were printed on top of the tubs, after 1 hour of opening they faded off. I added number stickers on top of each tub. Coverage was goodNumbers: there were lots of numbers, especially on the big parts so you can stop and work on another part and go back laterCanvas - as abovePackaging - as above

Beautiful, but paint doesn't cover
I loved this painting and the beautiful colors. My only problem with with it was that the paint didn't cover the numbers enough, so I have to paint it a few times and even after the 4th time I could still see the numbers. I know it can't because the colors are bright, because I have painted several other paintings with a white color and that still covered up the numbers.
