LT Sport 769553131806 for Toyota 5 Speed Leather Shift Knob + BLK Boot Cover

Got this because I needed a replacement shift knob and boot for my 91 toyota pickup. The old boot was pretty ripped, and I didn't have any shift knob. I installed the boot first, which wasn't exactly smooth. Amazon says it fits the truck. But the plastic grommet at the top is too small for my shift lever. And the tops of the Stitching for the boot ripped in order for me to get it into its spot. It's really just way to small and doesn't fit. Even though it's listed as compatible. The knob is pretty good, however. I used the appropriate plastic adapter, and twisted it into place. It sits snug, and doesn't move. I can turn it but that takes a lot of force. Pretty happy with the knob, though it's a little small for my preference.
