What I received with my printer didn't work, Wal-Mart didn't stand behind the product neither did HP. It was the wrong size cord, plain and simple. Ship me the right cord, nope. A neighbor had the same printer and brought his cord over to try with mine. Worked! So I found the same cord on Amazon. Works and I am out of pocket for the cord. No longer trust HP. Long time customer, too.

A friend was having trouble with her printer and it finally died. I told her that we had an old printer and she could have it. She discovered that the power cord I gave her was the wrong one (which is probably why we weren't using it). I ordered this new cord which was perfect. Arrived early, in good shape and the printer problem is resolved. Thanks.
