UFM Men’s Trunk Brief with Support Pouch - Athletic, Polyester Spandex, 3 Inch

A real pleasure to wear. I use for athletic purposes (lift, cross, running), and was impressed by quality of pouch function, as well as materials and waistband, which is often a major con for men's underwear.Love the string and metal grommet; I know some hate, to me it was unobtrusive and high quality. I would say that if your package is on the medium size these will toe the line of having enough roominess. If you've got a lot hanging, you may want to look for their other line with more pouch (or so I have read, not tested). I'm in the medium territory and these almost don't have enough space, as I personally don't like smashed bits.For this particular cut and style, these are the best pouch underwear I've tested (and have tried most) for overall experience and function. The briefs, in my humble opinion, do *not* translate (see review). I use both styles of underwear depending on dress and activities.UPDATE: 3/3 - After a month of regular wearing, the base material is already showing some sign of aging. Waistband and strings still A++. As far as comfort, I still like these, but the mesh material the pouch is made from will bother my skin after a long day of wear. It isn't quite an irritation, but my skin will mold into the patterns of the mesh and feel numbed and tired. I wear the pouch rather loosely, so it isn't about tightness. Overall, I will not be buying any more as I felt like these underwear (briefs, especially) caused more issues than solved for me personally. Those with medical needs might evaluate very differently.

Awesome! Love the fit and look. Definitely does what it is designed to do without sacrificing comfort. I cannot feel the string at all, And it is not necessary to tie it tightly. It even does a better than average job with support if left untied if you want. You can rely on these for support all day, with any clothing, and in any setting. I just wish there was a bigger variety of colors or additional patterns. Only the few basic solid colors available, which is kinda boring in a fashion sense...And they are a bit pricey, comparable to other high end brands.

There's an interesting dichotomy to these briefs. In front, they're like a good wife: supportive, comforting, and even slightly flattering. In back, they're like ninjas: They'll sneak up behind you and wipe you out! Seriously, these briefs will have you thinking that you won tickets to the theater every night because you'll always be picking your seat!

I bought this to support my balls and pull them up so I don't sit down on them all the time. They suck, my balls are still a problem with these underwear. I would not recommend these.

So these trunks are great, just be warned your first instinct will be to pull the laces like shoelaces. Don’t! Keep them loose and only pull a little or you will be in a world of pain.

Nice no padding you have to buy an insert. Reading the information sounded like it had a pad in it and all you had to do is wash it there was nothing in knees we got two pair and they were very tight

If you are looking for a better support condition, this actually is effective for use during active exercise.

I like these. They do what they are designed to do. Not quite as comfortable as SAXX, but it really depends on the purpose. I would consider these better for working out.

Rather limp and flimsy fabric - suggesting “everyday use” will be short lived. Pleasing colour. Shrinks on washing at 40-degrees. Fit pretty much as expected, though.

This is my 2nd pair of UFM Underwear - I like the style and comfort of this summer underwear. They are expensive, but worth it for having the all day comfort. The adjustable pouch is probably unique and once you have found a comfortable setting - makes you feel good all day.

They do the job OK but I've bought cheaper alternatives which are much better value for £.

I bought these to provide extra support 'down below' after minor surgery. Excellent fit, very comfortable and great quality. Probably be my daily drivers from now on. Would recommend.

Great trunks fit perfect, the pouch gives great support, will buy more,highly recommended .
