Highly recommend using in an espresso latte, I also added white choc for a white chocolate mocha pistachio latte. Really flavorful.

My biggest problem with most pistachio type products is that at best they taste like almonds. Using this in an ice cream base and in an Italian custard dish, yielded a nice product that tasted like pistachios.

This pistachio flavor is perfect! It's quite expensive but when I compared it to my other syrup bottles it is bigger so I guess that's ok. If you're looking for pistachio flavoring this is it. You won't be disappointed.
