So easy to install by yourself because it comes in sections. Very strong and simple design. Perfect fit above garage door. Came with all the required materials to mount.

Took me two days of installation, after I'd given up on the idea of simply screwing the brackets directly to the drywall. I purchased 2'X8' and 2'X4" units to attach horizontally. My studfinder told me that the entire wall wasn't exactly 16" on center, so instead of tearing into the wall to add lumber, I mounted two 2'X4'X12's to act as a base. Unfortunately, there is one attachment that is not imbedded into 3" of wood, but it's sturdy enough to hold the weight that I'll put on it. Easy to put together once you get going, all of the parts are well engineered.

My husband installed 5 of these in our garage. This is an amazing product that helped to clear the clutter. We have some very heavy items in them and the shelves are extremely sturdy.They do take some time to install. My husband is a huge DIYer so he had no issue other than the time investment.The price of this time is comparable on Amazon to other big box stores. The availability of the white shelves was hard to find after covid. The price also went up. But we were happy to find a 5th shelf to add to the others we had already installed.Our neighbors adore and plan to buy.

Bought 2. After learning how to install the first one, it only took 30min for the second. These are the best shelving units.. Sturdy and roomie.

I bought two of these, and I will admit the second one went up quicker than the first one. But they were both easy to assemble and install alone. I put these about 15 feet off the ground standing in a ladder and as long as you follow the steps in the instructions you are never actually lifting an individual piece that weighs more than ten pounds.

Overall, this is a good product. Made very well and sturdy. Once installed it provides a lot of space for storage that is out of the way of people and car doors.The only complaint is the instructions and associated options are confusing. I knew my installation would require some thought. Unfortunately, the instructions are misleading in some sections and confusing as well. For instance, if you decide to secure the wire to a wall stud, it states in the instructions it has to be >26 inches. You'd assume then they give you enough line to go at least a few inches more than 26 inches if needed. They don't. Its little things like this that make installation confusing. There were a few steps I had to undo and start over. Small details in the pictures but not explained anywhere make a difference.Also if you want to hang a second shelf below the first, your options for where you can hang the second shelf are very limited. I had purchased a second 2x4 shelf with the intention to hang it below the 2x8. I intended to offset lower shelf slightly. You can't do that.Would I recommend this product, yes. Just know if you don't have a straightforward installation with perfectly spaced joists or studs, it can get complicated.

Have the 8’ unit and did the wall hang.Instructions are great.100% quality product. Very rigid.Took me 90 minutes to install.I will buy another once we fill this.

NewAge garage overhead shelves are amazing! Helped organize my garage so I could park my trailer. DO NOT but SafeRacks! They are the most horrible company out there! They send junk and missing parts! They also make you pay $84 to ship it back to them.

Bought these to help with the storage in my garage. Shipping was quick and very impressed with the sturdiness and how much they can hold. Would definitely recommend these.
