- FAST ACTING FORMULA : Transforms rust to a sound surface in 15 minutes. This product is self priming, No primer or undercoat required but for long term protection it is advisable to overcoat with a suitable water or solvent based midcoat or topcoat. Can be top coated after only 3 hours with either water-based or oil-based paint. It can be applied over damp surfaces and dries quickly under suitable temperature and humidity conditions.
- SIMPLE TO APPLY : This water based Rust Converter is a milky white latex coating that is applied to rusted metal to stop rust, protect the surface and act as a primer for the finish coat. Very little surface preparation is required before use. No need to rinse off or wipe — just leave Rust Converter to dry and the once rusted area is ready to paint
