I have been looking for a small oven bowl this size. It is really nice for 1 or 2 servings or leftovers. My only concern is that the way the lid is made; could present a safety problem. I do not like the fact that the handles on lid are longer than main bowl. I’m sure they thought it would make lid easier to remove. However, one could easily drop bowl & get scalded if they do not have a good grip on lower handles which are difficult to reach due to extended lid handle. I hope they redesign bowl in future & maybe make it like a stove top pot with 1 long handle & lid made with top knob. Otherwise, nice bowl & love the size!!

I thought this was perfect, the 3/4 quart size. Borosilicate glass is resistant to temperature changes, unlike soda lime glass which will crack on sudden temperature changes. And this has handles to allow removal by hand when the contents are very hot. BUT, when I opened the package, I realized that a large can of soup would be too close to overflowing over the edge while carrying. So, in my infinite wisdom, LOL, I ordered the next size up. The one quart size should be perfect for a large can of soup, without spilling over the edge while carrying from mwave to the table.

This fits in a HotLogic Mini (HLM) portable food warmer. The lid touches the top, but it does not stress the zipper whatsoever. The handles make it easier to take the dish out of the HLM when the dish is hot. The lid is not a tight fit, but I use it on a countertop at home and at work so that is okay with me. I have not had a problem with the lid leaking/dribbling condensate. The 3 cup measure is when it is almost full. It fits a pint jar of whatever comfortably to allow for stirring the food and moving the container. It also fits a can of Campbell's 18.6 oz soup (aka Chunky) or a can of Progresso 19 oz soup.

Broke my previous Pyrex microwave dish, & this size matches. I find this slightly more slippery to hold & clean. I hear this glass-type is the best from other cooks & better than plastic.

I had no idea how difficult it was to find a smaller covered glass dish. I'm trying to get away from all things plastic, especially when it comes to food cooking/storage. Most covered glass dishes still have the plastic lid. I only cook for one or two and didn't like using a huge, oversized dish for a handful of vegetables. This is the perfect size. No hand washing plastic lids. The entire thing goes in the dishwasher.

I purchased this for my daughter who is moving out on her own. Because of limited kitchen space she did not need a whole set of baking dishes so opted for this small covered dish. My daughter likes to cook up Ramen noodles with fresh veggies for a quick meal so I'm a little disappointed with the depth of the dish. We'll see after Christmas if it works for that purpose. Otherwise a well made and sturdy little dish.

I’m impressed with this little dish. It is super well-made and just the right size for one serving of leftovers. I placed the dish in the microwave to warm up my lunch. When I reached in to pull the hot dish out, I was quite surprised to find that the handles were COOL. I’m going to order more of these!

I like the full glass with a lid. This is is the second one I bought, but the lid chipped at the edge after about a week.
