Furnished PVC Venetian Window Blinds Made to Measure Home Office Blind New - Teak 60cm x 150cm

I'm really pleased with this blind. The fit is perfect and it was really easy to install. I wasn't sure how to send the measurements but I just measured the size of the window and sent it via the 'contact seller' once I placed my order. I told them that the measurements were for the window and left it up to them. They got it exactly right. Great price and great service. Very pleased.

I bought this to replace a broken Ikea Lindmon wooden venetian blind, (which Ikea annoyingly no longer sell). Seeing as I couldn't find anything that was both affordable, the size I needed and to my taste I decided to get one of these as a cheap stop gap.For the low cost I was really surprised and how nice this blind is. Although it's PVC is doesn't look too 'plasticy', the main top support bar is nice and solid and the blind slats have a nice satin finish to them. The white colour isn't brilliant white, more of a slightly off matt white.If you're think of buying this as a blackout blind then it will do a really poor job, after being used to a wooden blind I was initially a bit disappointed in how little light this blind blocked out, but after living with it for a couple of days I now prefer it to my old wooden blind. When closed the individual slats overlap tight together so you do not get shards of light bleeding through the gaps, but the slats are fairly thin so daylight tends to illuminate the blind. Personally I have blinds on windows more for privacy, so the fact this blind doesn't block out a whole lot of light and I now have an improved amount of daylight is a bonus I didn't expect.I originally bought this as a stop gap until I could find a better blind, but I'm so pleased with it I'm keeping this one permanently.

BEWARE fake reviews!!Snapped upon fitting: such poor is the quality of the materials. Fittings provided did not fit and I had to supply new screws. Plastic is see through, so when replacing wooden blinds it will let considerably more light through. Sizing doesn’t match AT ALL! When ordering instead of requesting the size of the blinds width they supplied blinds+fittings. I don’t know what design house or what architectural school they are coming from but nobody measures the way they do... Unprofessional and unprecise product customization guidance, subpar materials, unpredictable results.

As much as the seller was supportive, this is just a poor product. The first package was damaged. Essentially, the blind was broken in the middle. I thought it was just poor packaging but there's a chance they sent me a returned product. The seller was prompt, easy and kind. They sent me a replacement within a few days with very little questions asked.The product is poor. The fixings and structure are plastic whch means it will soon break in the middle as you draw up and down the strings. Just a 115cm blind already bends in the middle when installed. There is a metal fixing for long blinds but, if it's a reentrance window, you can only screw on the top. Because it's a vertical screw, it just won't last. Furthermore, the screw cannot be long because of the structure of the window.They do not provide the plugs for the screws so I had to use my own.Finally, it's not opaque and plenty of light comes in through the slats. Even on a cloudy day, I don't need to switch on lights.

My contact, & interaction, with this vender was excellent. I provided exact measurements to my eindow recess.. they handled everything else so as to ensure the cut would fit. The cut was very clean, matching the uncut side. I'm very happy with the prompt delivery & service. I will order from this vender again.I'll add, these are pvc, plastic. The rail will be as strong as a plastic rail. It needs the full support of its fittings to ensure robustness. But be aware, the gears where the pull-strings enter the rail is a weak point. Pulling too hard or badly could result in a split there. Make sure the gears in & along the inner rail & WD40'd, to ensure smooth action.. & you'll be fine.These are great blinds. Better than my last metal ones, as they tarnished & speckled through the colour coating after a few years.

Did not expect much from these blinds as I was quoted over 300 quid from a blinds company to do my top floor, 4 bedrooms, so decided to try these..... Glad I did, saved myself about £200, they r lovely, functional blinds.

I will keep this review short as I would like it to be read by as many people as possible. In my review I will assume that you are comfortable with using tools and fix things,that you were lucky enough to measure the blinds correctly and that you were provided with the correct length of blind, as I did.Pros: Blinds arrived on time. Good colour, especially for such a low price. Despite the fact that they are PVC the oak effect is nice. They are not black out but block the sun adequately.Cons: The material is not sturdy at all. The plastic fixings are almost see through and cannot undertake any weight. The fixings are difficult to install and the installation instructions are not helpful at all. There is a possibility that you will damage your wall when installing due to the weird shape of the fixing and the location of the screws. I am sure that the blinds will break soon and that I have installed fixings and created holes on my wall in vain. Please save yourself the trouble and do not buy. I was convinced to buy them due to the good reviews and low price, but it would seem that the good reviews are fake or refer to a completely different product.
