I can’t seem to get this to build up the tooth everyone talks about on my dolls, am I missing something? Barely get any color down and it’s smudgy.
To fix a doll repaint, can we use a matte varnish or watercolor fixative instead of this product? Unfortunately this doesn't ship to my country.
