Love this Jujube!
This helps me relax and get to sleep faster. Works very well. This is a very trusted brand for me as I use several of their products already. Excellent products. High quality.

Not as good as the capsules
Using the capsules at night helped me fall sleep. I thought that the drops would absorb quicker/better but I was incorrect in that assumption. You have to use more in order to achieve the same affectiveness. Save money and buy the Swanson capsules.

We use this as a sleep aid. We add a few drops, along with some other botanicals, to our herbal tea and take it about a half-hour before bed.It really helps us get a good night's sleep! Recommended.
