Easy to use
This phone is light weight with large print and so far works great. The set up takes a bit but is pretty easy to follow. I love the FM radio option and it works well.

Small and compact but easy to use and read
The media could not be loaded. I plan to give this to my gram to use so I haven’t installed a SIM card but the size of the phone is perfect, the number keys are larger like she likes and the user manual is easy to understand and follow. I like the charging base as well.

SCAM - DO NOT BUY
This is a complete scam! This phone doesn't work in the US maybe it works in China. The only good reviews on this item are from "Vine customers" who review with 5 stars in order to stay on the program.

Basic operation phone. Made of plastic.
For the person who wants to make an occasional phone call and receive an occasional text message, it works. However, I want to say that I would never give this type of phone to my 93 year old mother. Trying to teach her how to create a text message on a keypad is more trouble than it is worth. Also, navigating the menu system is no more complicated than a modern smartphone if you set them up for simple use. Don't automatically believe older people are unable to adapt to technology. Now for some of the technical issues and features.First, this phone has support for network compatibility with the T-Mobile network. Any carrier that is a MVNO and uses the T-Mobile network should work with this phone. I searched the internet a long time to find the actual 4LTE bands this device supports. Even went to the FCC website. There is very sparse info on the detailed specs of this device and the FCC website search comes up with old info. Seems this China company maybe using certifications for older devices to use on this one.It also states it supports T-Mobile's VoLTE capabilities. It seems to work as advertised. I used a sim card from Tello which is a T-Mobile MVNO. I also tested the very limited WAP web browser on the phone. It does connect to websites, but don't expect to be able to do much as most modern website no longer have WAP enabled websites. The battery standby is very good, but once you begin to use the phone for normal functions, the battery does go fast. About 3-4 hours on a full charge and it took 4 hours to fully recharge the phone. Not speedy. I would only recommend this phone for the very occasional use or emergency. It does support Bluetooth and an SD card for storage, but since this is an old design the max SD card side is 32GB. There is no Wifi on the device so to use any type of data you will need so sort of data allotment on your provider's plan. For those who may be having issues connecting to T-Mobile's network (or one of its MVNOs) it may be because of the limited band support of this device. T-Mobile's full network support for 4GLTE is Band 4 and Band 66. It also support bands 12 and 71 for extended range. The later two are the ones that I suspect this phone either doesn't support fully or only support band 12. This could be why some cannot get a signal even though they are on T-Mobile's network. If you are looking for an emergency phone or a "burner" phone, this may do the trick. As for this phone being good for older people, this phone can be even more difficult for some due to all the menus required for many operations. A smartphone with limited setup/apps/interface settings could be easier for many. Don't sell the older generation short on technology.

Absolutely not unfortunately
I wanted to like this phone, but it fell short in several areas. The interface isn’t as senior-friendly as advertised. confusing menus, and no clear instructions. The sound quality is poor, making calls hard to hear, and the charging dock stopped working after a few days. Not a good choice for elderly users who need something truly simple and reliable. I like the idea but it needs to be better. We had a better phone in the 2000’s with the Nokia. Like be foreal.

Great Phone w/Large Buttons
Simple to use 4G LTE phone. You can take it anywhere or leave it at home. Large buttons for those that need reading glasses make this easy to use for those of us that are getting older or are far sighted to begin with. It's a plastic affair but really solid. Has survived several purposeful drops without any issues. The screen is solid like that, too. Functionality wise you get what you pay for. This is a Speed-Talk unit. It only works on the T-Mobile network or one of it's MVNO companies. If you cannot get good T-Mobile signal where you are, do not get this. Recently T-Mobile upgraded its service here and all of a sudden I can get T-Mobile 5G here. It was a welcome surprise for sure. This phone has all the usualls for a phone of this type and function. Make and receive calls and texts. Contacts, calculator, FM Radio, Multimedia Viewing and Alarms. Not all of these work as planned but to be real, that is not what this is for. This is a simple phone to make calls and read texts. To do anything more you'd be better off with a smart phone. It also comes with Bluetooth connectivity. Speed Talk is the provider for this but they say the phone is unlocked so any T-Mobile or MVNO SIM should be fine. I tested my own with T-Mobile and Cricket with no issues.Where it fails is the stand it has. It comes with a charger with USB-C but it plugs into the wall as in it is wired. You can plug it into this tiny little base they give you that is prone to falling over and you need to fidget with to get the phone to charge on it. I like the idea for a house type phone. Slap a card it it, plug the charger into the base and put the phone in the charger. The end, right? Well, it's easier to just plug the charger into the phone and use it like that. It does not come with anything to keep the base inplace and the base is very small and needs to be on a solid surface to make contact with the phone as the phone is very light. You need to press it down to be sure it is charging. The base does not come with a way to signal the phone, either, which is logical for the elderly, whom this is targeted at.
