Muscle Milk Genuine Protein Shake, Chocolate, 20g Protein, 11 FL OZ, 4-Count (Pack of 6)

Love MuscleMilk - great taste, lots of protein - great for meal replacement, post workout, and for bulking. I dont care much for all the chemicals (wont bore you with those, as you can find them online very easily). I have tended more towards Orgain, of late. But, I always keep a supply of these 32g protein drinks in the fridge for road trips, days when I know I won't be able to grab a good meal, or just to throw in some extra protein. But, as there are plenty of these drinks on the market, I'd say Vanilla and Chocolate are both very tasty. If you don't mind the chemicals, they are a good choice for a fallback or supplement to your daily diet. Gotta be careful, though, as they aren't huge drinks or very filling, and it's sometimes tempting to drink two... for me anyway. So, what I'll so is usually sip this for a bit, then chug some water, just to feel a bit more full without adding more calories.

I wish Muscle Milk would get rid of the artificial sweetner, but whatevs.This is the best price you'll find this anywhere, believe me i looked. This product is an easy way to get protein very fast and is one of the best tasting protein shakes around. I drink one 30 minutes before every heavy duty workout. And sometimes for breakfast if I'm in a rush.For all this talk of the Consumer Reports 'study' it seems a little sensationalist. Right now, this product falls within the safe limits established. I assume that if the proposed limits go into effect, they will make any needed changes. But will all such publications that use fear to sell their product, I wonder about how many study's they did to actually 'get' their results.Regardless I've been using CytoSport products for over a year with 0 negative effects, and all my blood work has yet to come back with 'dangerous levels of toxic heavy metals.'

I was really looking for something that DIDN'T taste like a protein drink. Maybe my standards are too high but this wasn't what I was hoping for. Don't get me wrong, it tastes okay but it definitely has a protein drink taste.It is also worth mentioning that I did have several of these that were damaged in shipping. In the product's and Amazon's defense, I don't think it was designed to be shipped via methods such as UPS or FedEx. However, Amazon's customer support is always outstanding and they promptly issued me a GENEROUS credit (talk about great customer service.)I'd suggest that anyone who does purchase these understand that there is a high risk of damage during shipping. Also, just because the lid is still tight doesn't mean that these are okay to drink. Squeeze the container and make sure there is no give. That confirms you still have an airtight seal. This product is very susceptible to mold and other air-born pathogens so even a slight dose of air can make the product dangerous to drink.

First of all I want to say this shake taste great, I originally started out using the powder but unless you have really cold water on hand it does not taste that great. After reading some reviews that said it tasted like chalk...I was kind of turned off but for the price I tried it out. I was really surprised how good they were. I just started working out...4 times a week...I only use 8 ounces at a time and store the rest until my next workout. As for the package...it is ok....I did not have any spill or leaking issues. They were packed very well(Thanks Amazon!!!!) The only complaint I have about the product is that they put so much shake into the container...it is hard to shake it up. To fix this I normally pour out 2 or 3 oz and then shake...after that no problem...I mix the 2 together with a spoon and problem solved. It is also a little bit sweet...not a complaint...but I will try the light and see if that works out..I would prefer to avoid the extra sugar. Overall a 9 out of 10...I will be ordering more.

Let me start by saying that Muscle Milk is a fantastic supplement and I highly endorse it. But this gets one-star from me because it is sold as a Ready-To-Drink product which has not consistently met that claim. I have ordered several cases via the subscribe and save from Amazon. Each and every box had more than half of the tops off or damaged beyond use. The last box that arrived only had TWO drinks with the tops in tact. The tops serve two purposes: They allow for easy opening and obviously make for easy drinking. Without the tops you have to puncture the opening as well as an additional hole in the back to get the drink out. This is messy and a down-right disappointment.

Muscle milk is a very good product that is very healthy for the individual that is drinking it! It's everything that the product maker of Muscle milk say's it is. We drink Muscle milk by the 14oz, 17oz or 20oz container at least once a day. But you have to watch the way they ship it to you. We had out of the case of 12-17oz containers of liquid muscle milk three broken containers and one that was spoiled but we did received 8-17oz in the case that were up to our expectations. Way to go Muscle mlk

First and foremost, this product is amazing. After going from NO breakfast to drinking this within 30 minutes of waking (along with some other dietary changes like eating less carbs), I have lost about 15 pounds in 4 weeks. It tastes great. I wish more stores in my area carried this larger size. The 17oz gives me over 30 grams of protein, which is what I am going for. I look forward to drinking this every morning on the way to work. Cold chocolate shake ... mmmmmmmm :)Second, the only reason I cannot provide a five-star review, is that the packaging (the tops) on the four packs of 12 I purchased (48 in all), about half were defective: the drink was safely and sanitarily sealed, but the plastic top that spins and slices open the drink were not properly glued on. Accordingly, I had to sometimes pull over my car and punch a hole in the seal with a pen.... not exactly a five-star experience.Long story short, at this point I will not be living without this product. I look forward to having a five-star experience so I can amend this review. I love this stuff!

I first discover this product in the states and have ordered it a number of times from this company. Great tasting without bloating or constant visits to the loo.
