Had this bed frame about a month at this point ant it works great!I did end up buying a mattress that was a little thicker, so the magnets that came with the bed frame were not quite string enough, but that's nothing a new pair of stronger closure magnets can't fix.Holds together solidly, the legs supporting the open end are strong metal, and the cabinet both opens and closes smoothly when loaded with a mattress. There is some room for error in assembly, but easy enough to go back in the instructions to fix it. The accompanying side shelves and drawers fit perfectly, great for extra storage in a tight space.

It hasn't been a year and it keeps falling off the ball bearing. Great looking, easy to set up but not durable.

I think the design of the bed is great, worthy of a 5-star rating. It is very attractive, the measurements work well for anchoring it to studs that are 16” on center for a strong installation.However, I have to deduct a star due to a few flaws with shipping and the drawings in the directions:1. They omitted several pieces. Customer service was helpful and shipped out the missing pieces but it takes a week to arrive. The first time I encountered a missing piece, I assumed that would be the only piece missing. After waiting for the missing piece to arrive and resuming build, I discovered more missing pieces in a later step. This delayed my project another 7 days. So I recommend that you inventory all pieces before starting the project.2. There were a couple of drawing errors in the instructions. One was in the bed instructions where they had the indentation for the baseboards on one side of the bed frame ends (erroneously) then on the next page the indentations were on the correct side of the frame. This caused some confusion and rework.There was a similar drawing issue in the bookcase guide.3. The manufacturer should include a hex drill bit in addition to the Allen wrench. I can only imagine how hard it would havf been to build this using that little Allen wrench. Get a drill bit and adjust your drill clutch down to prevent over tightening the screws.We added little white circular stickers to cover all the screws in the final product. This gave a better look than the steel screws all over the unit. I think the manufacturer should include these to ensure a good color match.All in all, I do highly recommend the product. I hope my suggestions help you and the manufacturer.
