Works as expected, no leaks. Happens to be the exact size of the resonator on a 320d E90 so quite convenient. I'm yet to find a way of hard wiring it but the remote has been reliable from within the car with the receiver in the engine bay.

Have had on my pickup tied to complete oem exhaust for a few weeks now and so far its been working and sounding great! If you have someone who actually knows how to weld, its easy. Be sure to cover up the motor really good to avoid slag meltin through. BE SURE to open and close cutout multiple times to clear out any debris that gets stuck in between. I even reached up and ran a scotch bright with it open. Route wiring cleanly and safely. Find good strong connections and mount that reciever good. Remote reaches a good 50-100ish feet give or take. Video is before i cleared it out by hand* you can see it gets debris stuck, but once cleaned and closed, my pickup is dead silent. Crazy change.

These are very good! Alot better than others and the motor is water resistant. I have driven through flooded streets and they work great. The motor is strong enough to be opened to any position and closed at freeway speeds and WOT
