Seller problem
I am not complaining about the product, but the seller, I bought this product and one earpiece is damaged and getting heated while I tried to pair it. And pairing Also didn't happen.

Se escucha robotico el audio. Al mometo de correr se escucha mucho el golpeteo con los audifonos y la piel. No considero que valga la pena el cambio de la primera versión.

Design and Comfort- The second generation of Google Pixel Buds Pro is widely praised for its refined design. Reviewers often note the improved ergonomic fit, which offers enhanced comfort and stability for extended wear. The build quality is considered premium, with a durable and sleek finish that aligns with the Google hardware aesthetic. Audio Performance- Regarding audio, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 receives high marks for sound quality. They deliver a balanced and rich audio profile, with clear mids and highs, and a robust bass response. The active noise cancellation (ANC) is effective at isolating low-frequency sounds, though some reviews indicate it could be more robust in handling higher-frequency ambient noise. The transparency mode is also noted for its natural and clear sound passthrough. And they come equipped for Dolby Atmos immersive audio with head tracking technology. Features and Integration- A significant selling point is their seamless integration within the Google ecosystem, particularly with Pixel devices. Features such as Google Assistant, real-time translation, and quick pairing are highlighted as intuitive and reliable. The battery life has also seen a notable improvement, often meeting or exceeding the advertised playtime, making them a strong contender for all-day use. In summary, the Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 is regarded as a significant upgrade from its predecessor, offering superior comfort, high-quality audio, and excellent features that solidify its position as a top-tier option in the competitive wireless earbud market. I love my Pixel Buds Pro 2 and have 3 pairs total (2 pairs of the Gen 1 Buds Pro) and there's no contest once you've tried the 2nd Gen. They're nearly 50% lighter, way more comfortable and are designed to lock into place for more reliable fitting than the 1st Gen. Thanks to the fast pair technology they intuitively and effortlessly connect between my Pixel 8 Pro, tablet, Google TV streamer, Chromebook, etc. There's a reason I'm dubbed the THE 'OFFICIAL unofficial Google Guy' on my social media and I openly -and honestly-stand by the Google brand, specifically recommended this product to anyone on the hunt for an audiophile particular quality, construction and functionality that's as impressive as the endless features available in the buds themselves - with even more dropping this fall!!!

Cautiously optimistic. Sound quality is very good (I am not an audiophile, just a casual listener to music. But spend a lot of time - 5 hours a day - on meetings, listening to podcasts and audio books). Noise cancellation is very good, although I don't use it in that mode a lot. Fit is excellent, twist lock works effectively. True multi-device bluetooth: that means I can have it connected to my Pixel and my macbook at the same time - not just Apple devices, which is handy for a multi-platform user. The gestures (swipes/taps for control) are also very functional Pro tip: don't get the white case, they do get dirty quite easily. Two things keeps me from a five star review: the battery life is not stellar, and I can't really use it for running because one ear is not tight enough with any of the provided buds to keep it from jostling, and get an annoying/audible click during a run. (Could also be my ear-canal shape too, but other in-ear headphones have stayed in before.)

As someone who used the original Pixel Buds Pro, the Pro 2 is a significant leap forward, not just a small refresh. The Fit (The best part): The biggest issue with the old ones was them slipping out during workouts. The new "twist-to-adjust" stabilizer fin is genius. You twist it one way to lock it into your ear for a run (and they do not budge), and twist it back to loosen it for all-day comfort at your desk. They are also noticeably smaller and lighter than the previous generation. Performance with Pixel 9 Pro XL: Pairing these with my Pixel 9 Pro XL was seamless. The connection is rock solid, and the new Tensor A1 chip isn't just marketing hype. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is drastically better—it cuts out the low hum of the AC and traffic noise almost completely. The "Silent Seal 2.0" actually works. Gemini & Battery: Having Gemini Live accessible hands-free is surprisingly useful for quick questions without pulling out my phone. Battery life is solid—I’m getting a true 8 hours with ANC on, which gets me through a full workday. If you have a Pixel phone, these are a no-brainer. The integration is flawless, and the fit/sound quality makes them worth the upgrade. I got these in black and have had no issues so far with durability.

Being a Pixel phone owner, these earbuds are fantastic, though might be less so if you are using an iPhone or standard Android phone, as the Pixel buds are designed to integrate with some extra functionality with the Pixel phone line. That being said, they are still fantastic. Charging is speedy with strong battery life, noise cancelling isn't the best I've encountered but definitely up there, and competes well with other flagship brand earbuds, often discounted making them that much better. Transparency also works great, letting you hear whats going on around you without taking the earbuds out. Controls are easily configurable to set up play/pause, volume up/down, activate ANC/Transparency, etc. I also just have to gush over the case. Construction is very high quality with a strong magnetic clasp. Dropping an earbud into its charging slot gives you a little chirp, with a different pitch for each earbud which is neat and is a nice disability feature for those with poor vision to let you know that the earbud is properly seated, and which one was inserted. Bluetooth syncing is very easy, no need to fiddle with buttons on the earbuds themselves, but instead just hold down the connect button on the case and the earbuds connect to a device without ever needing to take them out of the case. My one nitpick is they dont seem to seat super tightly into the ear. Even using the large size tips they dont seem to seat as tightly as I would like, though apparently there are several third party tips that can solve that problem. However they certainly aren't about to fall out, even with vigorous activity, and might be something that just takes getting accustomed to. Overall, 4.5/5
