This best eye drops on the market for extremely dry eyes. And I have tried almost all of them. And to all the people moaning about the bottle, once you get used to it, it’s actually fantastic. This bottle design allows for a preservative-free product to be available in a convenient and efficient bottle, instead of those wasteful, expensive individual one-use tubes that you discard after every use. It’s the bottle design that eliminates any bacteria from contaminating the drops that you put into your eye. It’s not a random design. This product handles all three layers of your natural eye moisture. It includes lipids that make the moisture last (mineral oil). Unlike other products that I have used with mineral oil, the other ingredients in this product make my eyes feel great immediately upon applying the drops. And it lasts for hours due to the mineral oil. And for those that have trouble getting the drops to land in your eye, it helps to tilt your head far back (or lay down) and look at the blue dot on the end of the dropper.

Last October I had cataract surgery on my eyes and preservative free eye drops became a necessity. I used a couple of different types this is the one I wish I had started with. Easy to use. It has really helped in soothing my eyes. I also use the night time gel. Decent value for the cost.

This product helps keep my dry eye in check and helps eliminate the " someone threw glass shard in my eyes" feeling that I get. I had that feeling yesterday,but am out of these lovely drops( right after this review in rushing to order another bottle) I put them in in the morning and I'm good til I go to bed. If I had remained consistent with that schedule I would not have suffered so much yesterday.

I use this everyday AM/PM. Best product on the market, doesn't burn and easy to use bottle. My eyes feel great all day.

My eye doc recommended these specific drops and gave me a sample on my visit. I think the bottle is really small for the money, but the drops are soothing and help with the dry eyes I didn't even know I had. (I just thought it was allergies). I recommend them but be warned: The cap is tricky for us old RA patients, and I had difficulty and wasted product.

Why the contents of the drops are excellent, the execution design is horrendous. The price of the drops should be lowered due losing half of the product because the dropper doesn't work as it should. A redesign is necessary to allow lower pressure for a drop and a smaller drop.
