The box itself is fine but the picture misled me to believe there would be a notepad and pen included. Otherwise no issues!

We manage a 501c3 and have several fundraiser functions so thought this would be great as a suggestion box to help improve and get thoughts on our events we hold. The plus is that it’s made of bamboo, has a slot for cards and a pen, and is a nice size depending on the size of the crowd your event is for. The design on the front is pretty and can be used really for any type of function or place. I suppose if it got full you could empty it. The negatives is that it came broken and we’ll need to repair it to use it. I also wish it had a lock on it but it also was not advertised as having one so that is my fault for not realizing this when I ordered it. I do like supporting a small business and do not want to return the item if I can fix it. That being said it would be worth every cent if I didn’t need to fix it. It doesn’t seem like this is a common issue with this item.
