I am extremely satisfied with the treadmill and its performance. All its functions are well-designed and user-friendly, meeting my expectations perfectly. I regularly utilize the features, and they add great value to my fitness routine. It's a reliable product and an excellent addition to my workout regime.

I recently purchased this treadmill with a built-in massager, and overall, I am happy with my choice. The machine functions well, and the massager adds great value for post-workout recovery. The product is easy to set up and has smooth, user-friendly controls. My workouts have become more enjoyable, and I feel motivated to stay consistent. However, I noticed a discrepancy regarding the warranty. The product listing stated a 3-year warranty, but I only received a 2-year warranty with the machine. I hope the seller can clarify or address this. Other than this minor issue, I’m satisfied with the treadmill’s performance and quality. It’s a great addition to my home gym and worth the investments

Had purchased this treadmill in oct after much research and I'm pretty happy with this decision as now I don't have a reason to skip my daily workout. It offers features like incline function which will help you to push yourself further. Is convenient and easy to fold. Overall a value for money product.

The product is of excellent quality. Powermax is a trusted brand in field of fitness equipments. The product has a DC motor of high quality. We can attain a maximum speed of 15 and an inclination of 15 with the auto inclination feature.The important feature of this product is that it has shock-absorbing dual spring setups which helps greatly in reducing the stress on one's joints and knee especially.Another notable feature of the product is the frame quality and the body strength of the product. The frame is made up of good quality material hence the material will last long.Also another notable features are semi-auto lubrication, safety key which can be attached to our body, good quality running surface with ambient length and width, maximum user weight of 120 kg, speaker with aux and usb input etc...Overall i will recommend the product 100% for anyone looking for a good quality threadmill for home use

It was very easy to install and got the treadmill with massager at a very good price. Good product. Reccomended to everyone.width is a bit less. So you should be very carefull that u won't hit hands during running.

Now we are in May'17 and the company has done nothing about it. Therefore, save your money and NEVER BUY FROM POWERMAX FITNESS.PurchaseI wanted to buy a treadmill for my parents and the unfortunate day and moment came upon this product and purchased it. I called Powermax Fitness and they assured me all support, care, technical help etc. needed to put it together and support its operations for the warranty period.It was only later I realized that all of it was lies.DeliveryItem arrived on time however no one showed up to assemble it, which I was told would be done. My parents were told you can assemble it yourself which they did.ProblemsFrom the very moment the machine was setup, these were the problems observed, namely:1. The display did not work correctly. Numbers appeared shaky while a part of the display was blank (the wires were not loose, it was double checked).2. The motor ran too slow, for example 6km/hr was not really 6 but more like 4.3. The pulse monitor gave inaccurate readings. On wearing it and not even running, it raced up and down showing disparate hear beats.These were the major ones.Additionally, there were some other minor issues including but not limited to noise the motor made, shaking of belt etc.Past SituationUpon observing these issues, I called Powermax Fitness about the plethora of issues and was assured a mechanic will come to the house and rectify the problems. My parents were traveling abroad for a month so we only opened the machine after the return period had lapsed and therefore had to settle for fixing the issue than changing the equipment (I wish I had the option of return - I would have dumped it at their office entrance). Anyways, the mechanic shows up after numerous email exchanges requesting assistance. I'd say it took him more than a month - so much for prompt service!On inspection, the mechanic says verbatim "yes, these parts are faulty and this is observed in other machines too" and by parts he meant Motor and Display. The 2 essential requirements for a treadmill to run. Now why would anyone use faulty parts and sell it thereby fooling the customers!!!!!Amazon tried to assist us but was helpless because of Powermax Fitness policy of no returns. In addition, the fact they mention return on faulty parts, is absolute;y ridiculous because their commitment to it does not exist. In the past 6 months, not once have they mentioned to us about changing parts and have been evading the question each time I ask the same.Current SituationI am 6 months into the purchase, I have a brand new faulty machine catching dust at home. I literally have a 25 plus email chain going on to Powermax Fitness asking them every two weeks to come and fix the machine and every time they respond saying yes we will take care of it at the earliest but offcouse nothing happens.The team manager Rakesh and team Rajesh, Dimple, Chandu have done nothing to help a customer. This was an expensive purchase and yet no response or any action taken to help out. The only thing they do is reply to emails with a one liner 'yes we will take care of it' while sitting in the comfort of their office.Feel free to reach out to me if you want more information, details or facts for the vendor, Powermax Fitness. Ultimately, do yourself a favor and buy from elsewhere and never from here!

I am satisfied with the product , it’s strong , durable and good for home use .Installation was done within 48 hours of delivery .

Yet another update: my mum always said “buy cheap buy twice”. Truer words have never been spoken. Still no luck getting the treadmill fixed more than a week later. I keep getting sent from one team to another. Sad.***Not even a month, barely used because I had to travel for 3 weeks. So used for a week, 3-4 times and the treadmill isn’t coming on. Highly disappointing.****Delivered bang on time. Assembly duo were there to set up the next day early. Did a great job - were thorough with explaining how to use, which is unusual here in Dubai. Usually people set up and leave.Product looks good. Easy to fold and unfold. Compact. Auto incline. iPad holder and aux cable. Only issue so far is the running surface is a bit harder than I’d hoped but is still ok.Ps: Will write again after 3 months about how it’s doing!

All is good. It will be more convenient for use if you increase the LxWxH. Except that performance is overall good.
